About the Role

Experienced orthopedic PT for flexible PRN coverage at a new outpatient clinic in Lansdowne, VA. One-patient-at-a-time concierge model, no productivity quotas, no double-booking. Suits clinicians working alongside another role, easing back into practice, or trying the model before going full-time. Clear pathway to full-time/specialty-lead roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and post-surgical patients in full-length sessions

• Follow and progress established plans of care, including post-op protocols

• Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation

• Clear hand-offs with the full-time clinical team

• Collaborate with referring physicians and surgeons across the affiliated physician network

• Uphold concierge standard of care — unhurried, evidence-based, patient-centered

Requirements / Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

• Active Virginia PT license in good standing

• CPR / BLS certification

• Outpatient orthopedic and post-operative rehabilitation experience

• Able to manage own caseload independently with minimal ramp-up

• Reliability, professionalism, warmth with patients
