About the Role

PT with pelvic health training for flexible PRN coverage. Treats bladder/bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, and pre/postpartum conditions in private rooms with full-length sessions. Direct OB/GYN and urology referral relationships through an affiliated physician network. No quotas, no double-booking.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pelvic floor dysfunction in private, full-length sessions

• Pre- and postpartum rehabilitation and post-surgical pelvic recovery care

• Follow and progress established plans of care, including post-op protocols

• Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation

• Clear hand-offs with the full-time clinical team

• Collaborate with referring physicians and surgeons across the affiliated physician network

Requirements / Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

• Active Virginia PT license in good standing

• CPR / BLS certification

• Pelvic health continuing education (Herman & Wallace, APTA Academy of Pelvic Health, or equivalent)

• Internal and external pelvic floor assessment/treatment experience preferred

• Exceptional empathy, discretion, and patient-communication skills
