STAFF PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations and build personalized treatment plans

- Deliver hands-on therapies, interventions, and modalities

- Maintain detailed, timely documentation

- Provide telehealth services as needed

- Stay current with advancements in the field and engage in ongoing learning

Qualifications:

- Active California PT license and DPT from a CAPTE-accredited program

- CPR-AED and BLS Certified

- Proficiency with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, Athena

- A patient-centered mindset with genuine compassion and empathy

- Current on required vaccinations; willing to comply with applicable health and safety

standards

Compensation and Benefits:

$108,000 – $135,000 per year ($51.92 – $64.90 / hour), commensurate with experience and

what you bring to the team.

Additional Requirements:

- Authorized to work in the United States
