Compensation (1099 or W2): $200 - $220/hr
Sign-On / Loan Repayment: $50,000 forgivable loan (W2 only) with monthly resident stipend
Relocation Assistance: $15,000 relocation allowance (W2 only)

Search Station is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client, a well established hospital in Dickinson, North Dakota seeking a skilled and compassionate CRNA to provide anesthesia care. Requirements
- CRNA Certification (required)
- Registered Nurse License (required)
- Active North Dakota medical license or eligibility to obtain
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Relevant anesthesia experience
- Proficiency in blocks, lumbar punctures, and intubation
- Meditech EHR experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Scope of Work
- Provide independent anesthesia care for a range of procedures including orthopedic, OB/GYN, and eye cases
- Conduct preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures
- Provide post-anesthesia care and ensure safe patient recovery
- Collaborate within a team-oriented clinical environment
- Participate in call rotation (1:5)
