Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location: Wesley Chapel, FL

Overview:
Our outpatient surgery center is seeking an experienced CRNA to provide anesthesia care for ophthalmologic procedures in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule, strong earning potential, and the ability to practice in a streamlined setting without inpatient call or general anesthesia responsibilities.

Position Offers:
• Flexible outpatient schedule
• Competitive compensation: $145–$155 per hour (DOE)

• No inpatient call requirements
• No general anesthesia responsibilities
• Efficient clinical workflow

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and patient evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
• Administer monitored anesthesia care (MAC) and regional anesthesia
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond to clinical changes
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery, pain control, and discharge readiness
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and staff to ensure efficient patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:
• Current CRNA certification and Florida licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program
• Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience
• Experience in an outpatient or ambulatory surgery setting
• Experience with ophthalmology procedures preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
