Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location: Wesley Chapel, FL

Overview:
Our outpatient surgical center is seeking an experienced CRNA to provide anesthesia care in a specialized ophthalmic setting. This opportunity offers a predictable schedule, competitive compensation, full malpractice coverage, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment focused on efficient, high-quality patient care.

Position Offers:
• Predictable outpatient schedule
• Competitive Compensation: $145.00 - $155.00 per hr (DOE)

• No general anesthesia responsibilities
• Efficient, highly scheduled workflow

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preoperative patient assessments and risk evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans
• Administer IV sedation and monitored anesthesia care for surgical procedures
• Continuously monitor patients and adjust anesthesia care as appropriate
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and support staff to ensure smooth case flow
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide postoperative evaluations and discharge readiness assessments
• Maintain compliance with facility safety and quality standards

Qualifications:
• Current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Master’s degree in Nurse Anesthesia or equivalent accredited program
• Active and unrestricted Florida APRN/CRNA license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience
• Experience in outpatient, ambulatory surgery, or ophthalmology settings preferred
